History of a building

I had a beautiful view

Forest all around, jungle and bird sounds

Until they started to dig a hole

To build twelve towers,

Fifty floors each,

Six flats per floor,

Three thousand flats

Fourteen thousand four hundred neighbours…

The forest vanished. The trees died.

The birds went silent.

The hole became huge

I started to draw the hole

Document the disappearance of the forest

Tame the new landscape

Cover the noise

All over the city

Advertisements for the new “Exquisite project”

A picture of an idyllic undergrowth with a slogan

Be part of the secret
history of a building

  1. Your works and thoghts are superb. Truly postmodernist and beyond! So much meaningful; so much relevant. We need a wave of this aesthetic. If we can’t undo the damage already done, at least from now on, your art tells us, we may adopt a new style of living to remove the culture-nature conflict.
